“Hi Lose Baby Weight, I came up with a great healthy mummy smoothie recipie and wanted to share it.
I call it a mango smoothie.
- 2 x Tbspns of vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix powder
- 100ml coconut juice
- 150ml no-fat soy milk
- 1/2 a banana
- handful of frozen mango pieces or 1 x fresh mango chopped up
Mix all ingredients and blend until smooth…
Its a great fresh taste especially for summer!!
