Today we have this MOUTH WATERING No Bake- Raw Chewy Caramel Slice that is packed full of healthy ingredients and refined sugar free and can help you to stay on track with your healthy eating plan.
Lose Baby Weight- Raw Caramel Slice



  • 75 grams dates
  • 75 grams almond meal


Caramel Topping

  • 70 grams dates
  • 100 mls tinned coconut milk
  • 1 ½  tbsp rice malt syrup



  • Process the dates and almond meal until well combined and sticking together
  • Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press base mixture into tin to fill the bottom
  • Refrigerate while making the centre and topping


  • Process cashews, coconut oil, smoothie mix and rice malt syrup until cashews are completely smooth with no lumps
  • Remove base from fridge and press centre all over base
  • As you press in onto the base you may have excess coconut oil appear on the top. If so just dab up with some paper towel
  • Pop back in the fridge

Caramel Topping

  • Process dates, coconut milk and rice malt syrup until it’s a nice smooth caramel type consistency
  • Remove tin from fridge and spread the caramel mix over the top of the centre (cashew) mix
  • Refrigerate again for about an hour, slice into 12 equal portions and enjoy
  • Keep any leftovers in the fridge or freezer

Can make 12 pieces or 24 mini bite size pieces
12 serving = 208 calories per serve
24 servings = 104 calories per serve
