Today we have a healthy alternative to a chocolate sundae that you can enjoy guilt free while following a healthy eating plan.
This sundae is sweetened by banana, a naturally sweet fruit that is also packed full of vitamins.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1tbsp cacao

Crunch Topping

  • 1tbsp rolled oats
  • 6 natural almonds
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • Greek/Natural yoghurt (optional)


  • To make the sundae, process the banana, avocado and cacao until nice and creamy.
  • Put in a glass and put in the freezer while you make the crunch topping
  • Place all of the crunch topping ingredients in a food processor and process until finely crumbled
  • Get your sundae out of the freezer and add a dollop of Greek/Natural yoghurt on top (optional)
  • Then layer crunch topping over the top
