My name is Lizzie McSorley and I am so excited to be a motivating mum for June 15. I am a 31 year old mum to a 13 month old. I have been a 28 day challenge member since November 2014 and have lost 12kg.

I applied to be a Motivating Mum for June as I have had a lot of distractions lately, such as I’ve returned back to work after 12 months off, my daughter has started day care and has been sick a couple of times, had her first birthday celebrations (and all of her friends parties too), my hubby has gone away with work for about 6 months, and I was starting to lack that passion and motivation that I really love.  I wanted something fun and exciting to focus on while hopefully motivating you and myself at the same time.
So how did I get here… well despite having a job that requires me to be fit and healthy, I have always struggled with my weight.
Then I had my bubba and I actually gained most of my weight post-partum. Without going into too much detail, I am sure we can all relate at some stage when I say… I was in survival mode.
28_day_challengeI was eating poorly, sleep deprived and lacked motivation to exercise.
A friend introduced me to Lose Baby Weight and I am so glad she did. It has been exactly what I have needed after struggling most of my adult life with my fluctuating weight issues (dietary mostly).
I am a challenge member but I have often switched between challenge recipes and free recipes located on their website.
The challenge recipes delicious and I have had great results using them.
There have been times over the past month where I haven’t eaten clean, but the one thing I have achieved thanks to the help of Lose Baby Weight, is that I am now always accountable for my actions.
If I have had a ‘blow out’, I will always come to back Lose Baby Weight, it’s now a part of my life and I use the recipes every day.
An example of my day could be breakfast is usually a snickers smoothie, morning snack will be bliss balls, lunch will be a smoothie or left overs, afternoon snack will be muesli bars and fruit and then dinner will be one of the many amazing dishes.
I am very happy with Lose Baby Weight (if you can’t tell) as I have managed to keep my weight off and even if I don’t lose, it’s very rare that I will gain weight.
