Hey Lose Baby Weight, here’s my pregnancy weight loss story, after being on your lose baby weight loss plans
I last wrote to you when I was only half way through your 28 day diet and exercise plan and healthy mummy smoothies where I had lost 3.5kg! Well I’m now proud to say I’ve reached the end of my plan and have lost a whopping 6.2kg in just 4 weeks!
I haven’t felt better and I really can’t wait to get back on the plan and keep going until I get to my goal weight!
Before I had my first daughter, I was a tiny 53kg and kept the wait off right up until due day! My daughter was 12 days over due and from d day all the weight that hadn’t shown through the pregnancy decided to show up all at once! Putting on a huge 15kg!
I was so wrapped up with my new bundle of joy that I didn’t think about losing any of the weight until about 9 months later. Nothing seemed to work and by the time my daughter turned 1, my partner and I found out I was pregnant with our gorgeous little boy.
My second pregnancy was nothing like my easy breezy first, I was suffering from SPD – Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction and was in pain with every movement I made and had to get around using a walking stick or wheel chair, giving me no chance to really exercise.
Although I didn’t put much weight on because of the stress, once my little man decided to make his appearance into this world, we found out he inhaled meconium, so straight in to the labour room I went and 4 hours later he was born.
We noticed he was having difficulty breathing so they had to take him down to special care nursery and put him on to a cpap machine. This was really hard for me as I felt like the last 9 months were just a dream, going home with out my son was the worst pain, you can’t help but feel like you’ve done something wrong.
I was at a major low point the week that he was in the nursery, so I took it out on food. I ate my emotions away and by the time he was 3 months old, I was weighing in at my heaviest of 82kg.
Once again I tried everything and nothing seemed to be working, probably because I didn’t understand healthy eating and healthy snacking. Until I found the Lose Baby Weight Facebook page. I saw it and just had a feeling that this was the way to go.
I bought a set of scales, weighed myself and saw I was at 78.8kg, took a photo and ordered my 28 day plan and healthy mummy smoothie mixes.
I haven’t had a day where I have felt hungry, tired or faint since I started this plan! I’m amazed at the results, now weighing 72.6kg I have another 10kg to go before I get to my goal weight 🙂
I can’t wait to get back on to the plan, my fiancĂ©e has never seen me so happy and confident- I even wore a BIKINI at the BEACH yesterday! Which was a hugee step for me!!
