We were delighted at Lose Baby Weight when Liz Flett sent in her results after being on the Lose Baby Weight plans for two weeks and losing 3.5kg.
And we were even more delighted when Liz agreed to show her progress to help inspire and motivate other mums and to show what 3.5kg can look like.  You can see the email Liz sent in with her pictures below;

Liz’s Story

“Hi Lose Baby Weight, I just wanted to share my weight loss so far. I’m a couple of weeks into the Lose Baby Weight plan and have lost 3.5kg already (12kg more to go!).. So proud of these results and can’t wait to see more improvement and the end of the plan!

And the best thing is I feel great, not hungry, and energized! This is giving me so much motivation to keep going.
I’m doing the 28 day plan, have 1 healthy mummy smoothie in the morning then a morning snack, and another smoothie for lunch! It’s a great plan I would recommend it to anyone!
The first photo was taken about 3 weeks ago, weighing 78.8kg and the 2nd photo was 3 days ago at about 76kg.. Happy to say I have lost more since then!
