A super quick and super yummy smoothie for you all to try while following your healthy eating plan.
This smoothie recipe calls for almond milk but you could use whatever you like, full fat, skim, unsweetened almond milk, coconut water etc. You can see a full list of different milks to use and their calorie values here.


  • 250ml almond milk
  • 6 ice blocks
  • 2 tbs healthy mummy vanilla mix
  • Zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbs shredded coconut
  • 1 tbs rolled oats


  • Blend all ingredients on high until well combined

Serves 1
