Ingredients
- 1 serve vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- Juice of half lemon
- 1 tbs low fat cottage cheese
- 1 tbs oats
- 1 tbs avocado
- 1/2 pear
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

- Combine all of your ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
