Lauren started her healthy eating diet plan by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. She shares her thoughts here:
Hi Lose Baby Weight Team,
I am so excited to say that I have had a great 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. I’ve had good results on the scales and measurements, but even better is the increased fitness and I’m back loving exercise again.
best_ways_to_lose_weightI joined the challenge with my friend and running buddy/motivator extraordinaire with the intention of kicking off my lifestyle change with a bang.
I have lost 4.3kg and an awesome 44cm and couldn’t be happier. The images on the left were taken June 30 and the ones on the right were taken July 28.
The best part is that I started the challenge doing 5km, running only 30-40% in 50-55mins and last week did a personal best – running 80% and doing it in 35min!.
