Hi, my name is Lauren and I have lost 14kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.
LaurenI have two children, four and a half and almost three.
I’ve been a long time follower of the Lose Baby Weight Page and have been purchasing the smoothies for a few years as well.
However I only started my first challenge in July 2015.
I reached my highest weight last year of 71.6kg.
I was extremely bloated, felt very down about my appearance and I was very lethargic.
I managed to lose 4kg but then plateaued and was unable to shift the weight.
That was, until I started my first 28 day challenge in July 2015.
I managed to lose 7kg over two challenges. Because the meals are so tasty and exciting, it was easy to stay motivated.
I now want to lose my last 3kg and tone up a lot more. I’m hoping you’ll join me so we can motivate each other. I’m currently sitting at 60.7kg Let’s do this!
