Hi ladies, I am one of your maintenance mums for this month and I have lost 18kg with Lose Baby Weight.
So it seems the month is flying by, and were almost half way thru winter!Ugh, winter used to be my arch nemesis!
I would comfort eat to the max, hot chips, muffins, sugar laden coffees
Anything to keep me warm. They’d keep me warm and satisfied for about 10 mins then send me spiralling into a sugar low, feeling tired, bloated and lethargic.
Exercise was next to non-existent as I had no energy and always thought, I’ve got heaps of time till summer.
Fast forward to this winter, I’ve lost over 18kgs with the Lose Baby Weight plans and smoothies and haven’t looked back!
This winter I’m cooking up beautiful, warm hearty food that comforts me, but also nourishes my body!
I am loving the ease of the 28 day challenge, as simple as saving a recipe on my phone, grabbing the ingredients and making something everyone in my family is loving.
It’s not only yummy and easy, it’s also solving my dinner dramas, and my two children are
Branching out a bit and trying new things! ( which is great, but sometimes mum does t want to share)!
Once again the smoothie powders are proving to be an absolute godsend! I’m always busy in the morning and often don’t have time to sit and eat, so the smoothies are so convenient!
I blitz up some yummy fruit and shake powder, oats and almond milk and voilà, breakfast! Finding they are also proving to be a great lunch time option, warmed up, delish!
I have begun a new, more intense HIIT routine at my local gym and the 28 day challenge exercises and the food inspiration that the 28 day challenge provides, fuels my energy levels to keep up my
Routines at the gym and focus on maintaining my weight and working on my goals of toning and fitness!
I am often home by myself with the kids as I’m a miners wife, so often don’t have anyone to take pics of my active lifestyle, but I’m certain that my results from my body speak volumes to how hard I work day in and day out to make myself feel great!
It’s become such a big part of my life now, it’s for life now!
