Hi Lose Baby Weight,

I have slimmed from 89kg at my very heaviest and I’m currently at 70kg and chasing the elusive 69.9kg on my scales!!!

My little boy is my biggest inspiration but I am also 30 in July and I didn’t want to start and spend my 30’s like I have done for the whole of my 20’s… always on a diet until the weekend and restarting each Monday.


Creating a healthy eating and regular exercise lifestyle was the biggest change for me… accepting that it’s for life and making healthy food is sustainable.

Learning to deal with the challenges and mistakes I make and picking myself up and carrying on anyway has been such a huge turnaround for me and I am so so happy that I’ve commited and fought on despite the ups and downs!!!!

Thanks so much for the daily inspiration and healthy mummy plans, it has been invaluable to me and will continue to be for my 30’s and beyond.
