I have already improved where I started with it but I’m so close and nothing will stop me doing it up! Goal setting is so important and I love a good visual goal with a timeframe to achieve it.
I find a goal without a plan is just a dream so this is how im going to achieve it:

  • Continue my chocolate ban
  • Continue my limited/no dessert rule, sweet healthy snacks in the day are fine and ‘chocolate’ smoothies are a great chocolate alternative.
  • Do at least one section of the healthy mummy dvd in conjunction with other exercises 4 times a week plus the core section 5 times a week
  • Drink at least one green tea a day and at least 3 water bottles a day
  • Move more!

Simple steps with a clear outcomes are so important to achieving weight loss.
