My name is Laura and I’m one of the January motivating mums. Two years ago I found lose baby weight and lost 34kg* in 10 months. Since then I have gone on to have another baby and have started my journey again! In 5 months I have lost 15kgs*.
I since went on to get pregnant and continue to have success using the challenges, these photos are taken just four months apart post the birth of my daughter late August.

This month I have put a big focus on exercise after feeling like my eating was pretty sorted and im loving the results im getting.
The centimetres keep dropping off and my confidence is gaining by the day!
I’m using the healthy mummy post pregnancy dvd daily and I really can’t rave about it enough, it’s gentle enough to be perfect post caesar but challenging enough that I really work up a sweat, if you don’t already own it I can’t recommend it enough!
This months belly buster challenge has seen my family absolutely love foods I never thought I’d see them eat, the broccoli and pine nut fritters and Choc lentil balls have been a huge hit!
