Lara has been following the healthy eating diet plans and preparing healthy recipes from the Lose Baby Weight website and has lost 30kgs since deciding to make changes to her lifestyle.
She is looking forward to trying out one of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges again too.

This is the first time I have submitted my results and I am so excited about them!  I started by following the 28 Day Plan, the smoothies and using recipes and ideas off the website.

My starting weight was 104 kilos. I am now 74 kilos – I am thirty kilos down and have achieved my first big goal!

I have now set a new goal of 65 kilos, which I know is achievable with the support of Lose Baby Weight.

Thankyou for such an amazing program, it has changed my life.
