I love how this program is a lifestyle change and not a short term fix. It’s obtainable and manageable. Something that’s difficult when you’re a mum on a budget and with little free time.
It’s given me  knowledge to make better choices and understand food; my shopping list and cupboards have changed completely. My whole life has changed, I have become a more confident, happy person and my whole out look on life is different.
I signed up in September; a single mum with an 8 week old daughter, living in a small country town that doesn’t boost a healthy lifestyle.
At first I watched closely from the side line, reading recipes, the 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan and familiarizing myself with the unknown world of healthy eating. In November, I started tracking what I ate and I was amazed at the calories in some of my favourite food.

The Lose Baby Weight plans have made me look at food in a different way and now I can recognise “bad” foods. I haven’t cut anything out completely, I still treat myself when I have cravings for “naughty” foods, but I’ve discovered I don’t enjoy it like I used to.
I’ve really enjoyed getting into the kitchen and making meals from scratch rather than from a packet. I can confidently identify what food causes my bloating which has been a big difference to me considering I ate mashed potato or a large bowl of pasta on a daily basis. Another big thing for me was portions, I love that the recipes are for one serve, so I’m not tempted to over eat.
My next challenge and goal is to increase my exercise regime. Currently my sole exercise is walking whilst pushing my daughter in a pram, but I’m determined to learn to run and incorporate strength training

I have lost 96.5cm so far.
