Hi Lose Baby Weight  – I am now down to 86kg from using the Lose Baby Weight plans and have lost 6.8kg.
I’ve lost most of the weight off my face, thighs and tummy since having bub 6 months ago.
I’m loving how easy it is to have the healthy mummy smoothies for lunch while trying to deal with 5 kids including a very unsettled reflux bub.
And I do the 15 min low cardio workout on your exercise DVD every second day. I owe a lot of the weight loss to pacing up and down the hallway with a crying bub LOL!
And as my photo shows, I am now back in my pre pregnancy jeans – only 11kg to go until I reach my goal weight!
