It combines both fruit and vegetables making it a great smoothie for you to try if you are new to adding vegetables to your smoothies.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 Kiwi Fruit
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 Handful of Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Avocado
- 8 Grapes
- 200ml Skim Milk or milk of your choice
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until completely combined and enjoy!
