My name is Kimberley Charles and I am so excited to be chosen as July’s weight loss maintenance mum!
Lose Baby Weight - 12kg Loss
I have two beautiful girls aged 2 and 5. I started with Lose Baby Weight in May 2010 when my second daughter was 3 months old and have maintained my weight loss of 12-13kg since then.

I was breastfeeding at the time and thought that the weight would ‘just fall off me’ as everyone told me it would! Unfortunately this was not the case. I just felt so uncomfortable in my own skin and needed to do something about it. A friend had ‘liked’ Lose Baby Weight on Facebook and after seeing all the success stories on the page I decided to give it a go for myself – I have never looked back!
I started by using the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and the 28 Day Plan. I didn’t think I would love the smoothies as much as I did!
They are just so yummy and filling and I would have been lost without them. I started having a smoothie for breakfast and made sure I stuck to the 28 day plan the rest of the time.
I was amazed at how yummy and filling the smoothies were and the best thing was that I wasn’t hungry anymore!

I have since joined up to the 28 day challenges and they have been amazing at keeping me on track! I love love love that I don’t have to think about what I am going to cook for the week. I love that the meal plans are customisable to suit the whole family too.
My husband and kids really love the food from the challenges which is a real bonus. Food is never boring anymore and I know that my family are getting healthy nutritious meals every day!
The exercises are great too as you can make them as hard or easy as you like!
As I am in the maintenance stage of my Lose Baby Weight journey, this month I will be focusing on being the fittest I can be and  doing my best to shape and tone as well as making sure I am trying out new recipes from the 28 day challenges. I am really hoping I can help motivate you all along the way!
