Hi Lose Baby Weight, I have finally got around to putting my pregnancy weight loss together to share with everyone.
Let’s just say that I wasn’t one of ladies that was pregnant in just their belly…I seemed to be pregnant everywhere, my bum, thighs, arms!! My pre-baby weight was around 66kg and from the first tri-mester, the weight gain just did not stop! I hit over 90kg as the end of the pregnancy closed in. I stopped weighing myself at that point, not wanting to know my final weight!!

When my son was born I managed to lose about 10kg in the first week. After that I started watching what I was eating a bit more carefully and managed to get down to 75kg.
I was still not happy with where I was at and hated looking at myself in the mirror. It was around this time I stumbled across an advertisement in a mum’s magazine for Lose Baby Weight and decided I would give it a go. I purchased the 28 day plan and the healthy mummy smoothies.
Within a couple of weeks the weight started to drop off and I also noticed that my milk supply had improved. I managed to get my weight down to 70kg after a couple of months and then hit a plateau. With some helpful advice from the Lose Baby Weight team, I made a few changes to my eating. My son is now 9 months old and I have managed to lose 9 kg on the Lose the Baby Weight  Smoothies  and have gotten back to my pre-baby weight and am planning on dropping a few more to get in better shape.
