Here is another submission for our Healthy Kids Recipes Competition that is running on our Private Facebook Support Group for REAL MUMS to send in their healthy and yummy baking recipes that are LOVED by their kids and can be enjoyed while following a healthy eating plan.
Today we have this YUMMY recipe for you to try, Peanut Butter Muesli Cups and a BIG Thank You to Alicia Fish for submitting her recipe.
Lose Baby Weight- Peanut Butter Oat Cookies


  • 100g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 34g organic peanut butter – to make nut free try using Tahini (calories of cups will change)300_600_healthy_mummy_smoothies
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10g coconut oil
  • 30g dried goji berries
  • 14g pumpkin seeds
  • 55g sultanas
  • 62g honey
  • 15g desiccated coconut


  • Preheat oven to 160°c fan forced
  • In a microwave safe container large enough for all ingredients add all ingredients and put in microwave for roughly 20 seconds to slightly melt wet ingredients then fold ingredients in all together.
  • Get a measuring cup (3/4 measuring cup works well) and press mixture in to the cup about half full making sure you press in well.
  • With one tap, tap onto a baking tray upside down and continue method.
  • Bake in oven for roughly 15 to 20 mins keeping an eye on them.
  • They should be lightly golden.
  • When you take the tray out do not touch muesli cups as they need to cool and set first.
