We live in two different states of this great nation and still manage to motivate and inspire each other as well as the occasional boot in the rear as needed.

My name is Kaylie and recently I had to go and buy a whole new wardrobe (almost) because my clothes were literally falling off me. Not everyone would believe that last sentence, but it’s true.
Black work skirt, little movement and *shvoom!* It landed on the floor around my ankles.
Thank goodness I was home! Now all this has come about because to date I have lost just under 19kgs* with Lose Baby Weight and the Healthy Mummy.

I work full time, live with my amazing partner and our gorgeous, cheeky and energetic little toddler!
I started LBW when my daughter was about 3 months old. I realised that the packet of biscuits on the couch while I breastfed my daughter were NOT helping me lose any baby weight.
I googled “healthy mummy” and my life has never been the same since. I signed up that day and started the September 2014 challenge the following week. I went “all in” and lost 2.4kgs in my first week.
The smoothies were so easy to make single handed with a baby in your arms and I could have my breakfast or lunch while I fed my daughter.
I am now, not only lighter than my pre-baby weight, lighter than my partner, I am also close to the lightest weight I remember myself ever being at in my adult life. I am the fittest I have ever been and I am LOVING what I see in the mirror in the morning.
Not just the weight loss but the clearer skin, more accomplished mummy and a happy daughter usually dancing around my feet.
I put myself first, I looked after my health, I made myself the very best mummy and partner I could for my family. I put myself first – for me. And for them.
Emma
My name is Emma and to date I have lost around 9kg* using a combination of ‘Healthy Mummy’ and ‘Lose Baby Weight’ shakes and products such as the workout DVD and 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
