We are two normal, everyday mums who have been through our fair share of life dramas, but who still manage to motivate and inspire each other and those around us each day.

A little bit about us – our lives are polar opposites in so many regards but so similar in so many other ways.
Emma- a single, stay at home mum raising two young children, ages 5 and 2. She is based in Hunter Valley NSW and is just starting out on her journey and has so far lost 8.5kgs*!
Kaylie- in a long term relationship and works full time whilst raising one 19 month old daughter. She is based in South East QLD and has been following the plans since September 2014 losing 17.5kgs* so far and is currently losing the last 5kgs before maintaining.

Both of us strive to be the healthiest we can be for our families.
Both of us have family budgets to balance, hungry mouths to feed and weight to lose but most importantly, both of us back The Healthy Mummy and Lose Baby Weight company 100%!
Between the two of us, we have put it through its paces in our own lives and in our opinion – nothing even comes close to being user friendly and sustainable long term for busy mums (no matter your life style!).
We each follow the 28 day challenges (which don’t seem so much like “challenges” any more because it is simply our lives) and I think it’s safe to say the smoothies have been our life savers for the mornings (and lunches and dinners!).

For me, (Kaylie) It feels all too normal now to have my daughter on one hip (or running ahead faster than I can catch up) and my handbag flung over one shoulder, laptop bag over the other, day care bag hanging from my wrist, keys hooked on my pinky finger and trusty smoothie in my hand as I’m trying to shut the front door with your foot in the morning rush!
Sound familiar? Ahh – the life of a mum…. But once she is dropped off and I’m on my way – hello smoothie!
So glad I made you this morning to get me through. I promise you – that was not an exaggeration – it is my life!
