I have been following the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating diet plans and recipes since July 2014 when I realised I needed to do something. My eating was terrible with mostly junk food and plenty of soft drink.
Now after following Lose Baby Weight for 5 months I have lost 15 kgs and am well on my way to being a fitter, healthier mum and wife.
I’m a busy, working mum of one and the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating meals are quick and easy to make and follow. They are great for freezing for those crazy days I’m unable to cook.
I have done two 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges so far and loved them. The November Challenge was changed to a customisable meal plan so I was able to swap meals around to suit my family’s needs and budget.
I love exercising now and the 28 Day Challenge exercises are great.
