Hi I’m Kayleen and am one of your  motivating mums for countdown to summer and I have lost 20kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.
Lose Baby Weight- 20kg Loss

We are well over the half way mark now and though my scales still aren’t being kind enough I can definitely see lots of changes like fitting in clothes I haven’t worn for a long time.
I have lost the “I have to lose xxkgs” mindset and am now happily focusing on being a healthy mummy.
Unfortunately I’m still injured so I had to pull out of my triathlons that I’ve been training for. But that won’t stop me from exercising and I’ve been loving attending body combat class and body combat, I just take it down to my level and ability and still a great without.
Hoping to get back into my running soon!
Being a busy full time working mum spending every precious moment with my son is very important to me.
So when it’s time I need to prep for the next day or week mr 3 is always with me helping.
My little Masterchef in the making not only great for his development but also great role modelling healthy lifestyle.
Making simple healthy swaps has appeared to be my go to lifesaver but all I want to do is eat unhealthy junk when my emotions get better of me.

So here are a few of my favs swaps

  • swap soft drink for  mineral water with coconut water stirred through with some berries or lemon.
  • keep lbw treats stores in freezer when I feel like cake. A much better alternative.
  • instead of blocks of Chocolate I get the Aldi dark chocolate that is portioned controlled into 5 bars.

As I’ve been following lbw for past 14 months it has it has definetly been a great  positive change and I feel
Fit and healthiest I’ve ever been. Lbw has given me so much confidence I didn’t even know I had.
Even though I have plenty of bumpy moments and I thought of throwing it all away has only crossed my mind once in the whole time but then I look back at my progress and see how far I’ve come.
That is definetly worth fighting for so one day one step at time we can all achieve anything , just stay determined and believe.
