My scales are being very stubborn and it have not budged,  I’m feeling on top of the  world gaining lots more confidence and happy with my progress so far.
As some of you know I’m a runner ( I still find it hard to actually say lol) and unfortunately this year I have had my fair share of injuries and just last week I got another.
At first of course I felt disappointment and felt like giving up. Then a light bulb click in my head. I may not be able to run much but I don’t need my foot to get my body into shape.
I keep saying to myself, your foot won’t get rid of your spare tyre. But my sheer determination to keep going and trying other ways to stay focus and smash my goals and it will happen.
I’ve also learnt whilst with injuries that it is fine to rest when you have to, running our poor injuries bodies into the ground isn’t going to get us anywhere. But realising other ways we can exercise and minimise the injured area is the best way.
I have been on the lose baby weight bandwagon for just over a year now and I can happily say my whole family has benefited.
My hubby is a true converter , he would hate meals I cook and froze and so he would want takeaway when I didn’t have time to cook,  being a busy working mum now he doesn’t mind at all and he too can see a massive difference losing 18 kgs in past year and he loves lose baby weight food/ meals .

So ladies who are struggling with there partners not being very supportive please hang in there and only time will tell, I found making small changes over time actually helped better then boom in your face so to speak, my hubby still definitely enjoys his treats but now he has a balance. Also he has taken up running and it’s so nice to be able to share it with him.
My 3 year old son just recently finished his first ever 1 km dash and he absolutely loved it. This is what  I adore the most seeing my son love what he does and love finishing a run with his mummy.
The best ever feeling a mummy can have when she knows she is giving her son the best positive healthy experiences she can and the smile on his face I will always carry with me forever.
I cannot imagine life now being a couch potato that I was just over a year ago. With losing 20 plus Kgs to date and gaining so much more positivity life couldn’t be merrier.
Take each day as it comes ladies, and remember every little but counts.
