I’m 29 and a busy full time working mum. I started my Lose Baby Weight journey at 108kgs. I was unhappy, had no self-confidence and high anxiety.

In September 2014 I became a challenge member and within the first year I had lost 20kgs*. My weight was 88kgs and I was starting to maintain my weight. During 2015, I had a bumpy ride and unfortunately had a miscarriage in December.

In this time I gained 10kgs and by New Years I was back at triple figures. I knew I had to get myself back on track so I focussed on following the challenges again. I’m now at 96kgs and hope to get to 90kgs at the end of February.
To reach this goal I am going to continue running, increase my daily steps, complete the daily challenge exercises and use The Healthy Mummy DVD three times a week. I also have a goal to run full marathon over the month.
I love the 28 day challenges because all of the meals are planned for me; I just need to customise my menu for to suit my fussy eater, my husband and my budget.
The meals are quick and easy to prepare and the smoothies are great for busy mums on the run. Lose Baby Weight has changed my life; I’m a happier and more confident person.

I’m 31, a full time mum to a little girl, a step mum to two beautiful children and a teacher. I also started my Lose Baby Weight journey at 108kgs.
I found Lose Baby Weight because I was disgusted at photos of myself at my 30th birthday.

I didn’t want to be the overweight mum at the park who sat down instead of playing with her child. I didn’t want to struggle with my body image. I wanted to live life to its fullest without worrying about my weight.
I wanted to love my body and to be able to show my daughter how to love her body.
Since joining Lose Baby Weight in September 2014 I’ve lost 17kgs and over 80cm from my body. It hasn’t been an easy journey as I lose weight slowly, but I’m determined to lose another 15kgs.

I’ve lost the weight by using the Healthy Mummy products. I enjoy having a smoothie each day for breakfast and follow meals from challenges and the recipe hub.
I love the 28 day challenges because the meals are planned by nutritionists for busy mums and their families.
I love the range of foods to pick from and the quick and easy recipes to follow. I enjoy customising my meal plan to suit my family and our lifestyle. The exercises are easy to follow and you can do so at your own pace. I’m so happy I found Lose Baby Weight.
Kayleen and I haven’t actually met in real life but we formed a friendship when we were both motivating mums leading up to summer. We are online friends, with the hope that one day we will be able to meet in person.
Distance hasn’t stopped us from encouraging and supporting each other. We like to check in with each other on a daily basis to see how we are travelling during the day and to celebrate our triumphs and debrief on our struggles.
