As we are all busy mums sometimes we only have 5 minutes here and there to fit in our exercise. Kat’s routine shows how easy it is to fit in the 28 Day Challenge exercises around your children.
Kat’s routine is for 3 rounds of 3 x 30 second exercises
Each round consists of:
- Squat – 30 seconds
- Lunge Pump – 30 seconds each side
- Burpee With Side Leg Lift – 30 seconds
Repeat for 3 rounds
