For those of you who don’t know me my name is Kat, I am 28 and I am a full time mum with 4 kids aged 5, 3 1/2, 2 and 1.
I have been using the lose baby weight products for the past 8 months and I have now lost 23kg and a total of 102cm from my body.
I have been following the 28 day plan, using 2 healthy mummy smoothies a day, spring and summer cookbook and using the free recipes off the website.
My whole family enjoy all of the meals- there is never a complaint!
My husband works away for 2 weeks and home for one week so in the beginning trying to find the time to exercise was hard! (Now I look forward to my daily exercise!)
Walking with all of the kids wasn’t an option for me as we live in the country surrounded by 100km roads and no footpaths! So that’s where the 28 day exercises and the healthy mummy DVD have become such valuable tools for the super busy mum (like me 🙂 )
I am currently up to losing the last 10kg and they are proving to be the hardest! But I will not give up- I WILL get to my goal weight!
Now my fitness is better than it has ever been I have been able to complete one of my long term goals of running 5km. I have also started using heavy hand weights for my DVD and adding in some extra strength training too.
I have set some new goals for 2014 (like running for 10km) and I am LOVING the eat, move, lose challenge so far!

- Weight- 79kg now 56kg (down 23kg)
- Bust- 98cm now 78cm (down 20cm)
- Waist- 94cm now 69cm (down 25cm)
- Hips- 119cm now 80cm (down 39cm)
- Thighs- 69cm now 51cm (down 18cm)
