This has been my first challenge and I’ve absolutely loved the last 28 days.
The meals have been easy, family friendly & most of all for me –  breastfeeding friendly.
I’ve enjoyed the variety in meals and ingredients and love how they interchange between recipes so I didn’t have to be continually buying different foods each week.
The ability to customise and personalise our weekly plan is brilliant and the calorie calculator makes life so much easier.
I’m 4kg down, my body shape has changed so much & I’m so much more physically active every day.
