I was a bit apprehensive, with starting a new way of life and using the Lose Baby Weight Plans.
I knew it would bring me a world of benefits, but naturally, was a little nervous to begin.
I am loving the fresh, summery recipes in the 28 day eating plan, and occasionally enjoy a healthy mummy smoothie for lunch.


I find it all practical and realistic. I now crave my daily walk, either first thing in the morning or later in the day with bubs in his carrier- 7 months.
I don’t focus on my weight, but instead record my measurements.
