Karen Loses 8kg!

“During my first pregnancy I put on a lot of weight. Then after my son Banjo was born I tried unsuccessfully to lose the excess kilos – I walked and walked and walked, I tried different diets but I just didn’t lose any weight.
When I was pregnant with my second child I got even bigger. I felt lethargic and when I looked in the mirror I didn’t recognize the fat lady looking back at me. Luckily I saw an ad for Lose Baby Weight, I had on look on the website and decided to just give it a try.
weight_loss_successI am having a smoothie for breakfast and lunch. I haven’t felt hungry at all and actually find that with two small boys making the smoothies is much easier than trying to find time to make myself breakfast and lunch.
I weigh out the nutritional shake mixture in snap lock bags so in the morning and at lunch time I just through the “bagful of smoothie” into the blender with my milk and other goodies.
So far I have dropped 8 kilos from 90kg down to 82kg and I have only been on the program for 7 weeks. My energy levels have increased significantly with allows me to be a better mum keeping up with my toddler.
I am breastfeeding and didn’t want to jeopardize my baby Charlie’s health in any way, but on the breastfeeding plan my milk production is more than sufficient and my baby seems more settled now than before I started the smoothies.
I still have a long way to go to reach my goal weight of 68kg but I am so glad that I found the Lose Baby Weight plans. I highly recommend the program to all mums.
