As a young working mum of 2 I never really took the time to look after myself and exercise properly. But after a photo of my husband and I was taken on our daughter’s 5th birthday (me dressed as Snow White) I saw what I had let myself become. So I decided to check out Lose Baby Weight as it was recommended to me by a work colleague.
Since being with Lose Baby Weight at the end of January I have lost 16kg from a starting point of 104.75kg to now be sitting at 88.65kgs in 16 weeks!
Not only have I learnt to exercise properly and have a love of healthy exercise but as a foodie girl in hospitality for 14 years, I also have a love for amazing, healthy, yummy food.
Being able to tailor my journey to what I need makes Lose Baby Weight so flexible and easy to follow. Plus there’s the amazing support and encouragement!

My overall greatest achievement is being able to run, laugh and play with my children and feeling beautiful to my hubby again.
