Lose Baby Weight- 17kg Loss

I’ve lost about 17 kgs since January using lose baby weight challenges & healthy mummy smoothies & Work out DVD.
Lose baby weight has taught me so much about healthy eating & healthy living.. I think the hardest part to crack is the healthy mind set!!!
I’m mentally prepared to do the 28 day challenges, I’m mentally prepared to use my Healthy Mummy DVD or exercise every chance i get, I’m not YET mentally capable of loving my body for what it is, what I have worked so hard to achieve.
I’m not yet mentally capable to see myself as a “skinny person” or a “tiny person” as I’ve been referred to as TWICE off strangers the last couple of weeks..
Why is it so hard to see the beauty in ourselves that we so easily see in everyone else?? Why can we not see all our positives instead of always referring to what we hate most about our bodies?

Losing weight is hard, but losing weight & still seeing yourself as fat is really hard to !!! I need to keep taking progress shots & measurements, looking back over all the little changes.
My scales are playing tricks on me now that I’m pretty much in maintenance mode, my weight is going up and down between 57 & 59.5 kgs the last month.
Which is fine I’m happy to stay under 60 kgs. I’m still not happy with my body I feel I need to tone a lot, but I will get there!!!
I will Achieve all my goals. Summer will be here before we know it.
I’m so glad I have the best online support group in the world behind me, making me believe in me, little bit by bit.
