Hi Lose Baby Weight, I Just wanted to share my weight loss progress with you lovely mummies.
I have been using the Lose baby weight weight loss plan and healthy mummy smoothies for a while but since becoming a motivating mum for April I have been mixing it up with the exercise DVD and workouts from the 28 day diet and exercise plan. The results are amazing and I’m down one dress size in three weeks and have lost over 20kg!!!

Together with my Healthy Mummy Smoothies (My favourite is ½ banana, Strawberries, 250mls light milk, 6 ice cubes and 2 tbsps. Vanilla Healthy Mummy smoothie powder), also using some yummy healthy eating meal plans from the Lose Baby Weight website I have been able to stick to a diet that is not only very yummy but easy to follow.
My exercise daily routine would either be a gym work out or my wii fit. Plus I love going for a walk but I am looking forward to trying the Lose Baby Weight exercise DVD.
