Jodie Koeleman has lost an amazing 32kgs and her husband Brad 35kgs following the Lose Baby Weight plans!
Well done guys!!!

I am extremely happy to be writing this update for all of you wonderful mums (and maybe even dads!) to read. This is the update that’s been nine months in the making. This is the one where I announce and celebrate reaching my goal weight!
When I ordered a Lose Baby Weight starter pack in December last year I weighed 98kgs and above all else I was desperate for an energy boost. At 31, I was a stay at home mum to a 10 year old daughter and 3 year old twin boys using caffeine and sugar to get me through my day. I was tired all the time, eating junk food right up until bedtime and I hardly ever ate breakfast. I knew that I had to change the way I was feeling as well as what I was seeing in the mirror.
Fast forward to August this year and I had lost 28kgs with Lose Baby Weight. My goal was to be in a healthy BMI range for my height and getting to 70kgs was so satisfying; my hard work and determination had paid off!
Not only have I changed my lifestyle for the better, but our whole family are now reaping the rewards. My husband has lost 35kgs along the way and we’re now more active as a family.
Changing our eating has been a lot easier than I first thought it would be. I made the switch to wholemeal bread, pasta and rice and I make a lot of treats from the Guilt-Free Baking Cookbook which I freeze for lunches and snacks.
We love trying all the recipes from the Lose Baby Weight website and the 28 Day Challenges; there’s always something tasty and healthy for dinner now. Our favourites are the Mexican lasagna, the two-ingredient pizza bases, san choy bow and the macaroni cheese. Comfort food is always popular in our house, but the key is that these recipes are all lower in fat than their originals. I call that a win!
I am currently 66kgs – that’s a total of 32kgs gone overall – and I’m very content with my weight. I’m not looking to lose any more from the scales but I am in the process of toning and sculpting my body using weights. I interchange cardio and weight training every other day and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my body shape since doing so.
I can’t believe that all I started with was walking for 15 minutes on the treadmill all those months ago!
Lose Baby Weight really is a lifestyle change, not a diet. I’m so glad I found it when I did. I’m so much happier, healthier and fitter than I ever have been…and I can’t wait for summer!

Throughout my weight loss I used

And I recommend the entire plan to all mums (and husbands!!)
