Ingredients
BASE
- 8 wheat biscuits-crushed (weetbix are fine to use)
- 1/2 can of condensed coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cacao
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut (little extra for top)
ICING
- 1/2 block dark cooking chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Method
- Mix all base ingredients in bowl
- Then press into container (lined with baking paper).
- Melt icing ingredients then pour over base. Sprinkle with a little coconut.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Serves 12
