As you can see the proof is in the pudding(or lack of pudding)! The first photo is in the early days of my Lose Baby Weight journey at 89.3kg. I went for a job interview and I had no clothes that fit me (obviously didn’t get the job.)
The second photo is after completing two 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges and changing the way I looked after myself by following the healthy eating meal plans.
Weighing in at 74.5kg I rocked the interview and was successful!
I am about to start the best way to lose weight and to say I am excited is an understatement. BRING IT ON!
