Hi mums! I am Jade- one of your motivating mums for this month and I have lost 35kgs* with Lose Baby Weight.

This year has been a big one for me not only for my weight loss journey but my life in general. I want to talk about how my weight loss has given me back my confidence back and taught me how to love myself.

Lose Baby Weight 35kg Loss

I remember starting my weight loss journey with loss baby weight back in September 2014 I had only just gotten out of an emotionally abusive relationship with my daughter’s dad.

In this relationship I was constantly put down and told I was never good enough. I would be called fat on a daily basis.

When I started lose baby weight my confidence was at an all time low.

I didn’t love myself in actual fact I hated every bit about myself. I was absolutely disgusted at the way I looked.

Lose baby weight didn’t just give me the tools to lose weight it showed me how to love myself again.

As I slowly lost weight I started to regain my confidence and love myself again.

Now my confidence is at an all time high and I love what I look like and even love the person I am. I promised myself I would never put myself in a position where I let someone treat me how my daughter’s dad did.

I realize that for my next relationship I would set my standards so high and that’s what I did.

I have recently entered into a relationship with the most amazing guy and what I love about him is he motivates me and supports me. Tells me how proud he is and that’s exactly what I deserve.

Little did I know when  I started on this weight loss journey that all these amazing things would happen to me.

Its true when they say how can anyone else love you if you don’t love yourself. I am at this point in my life where I love myself and I honestly have never been this happy.

I’m not even at goal weight so if I’m this happy now I can’t even imagine how happy I will be at goal weight.
