My name is Jade Shaw and I am one of your motivating mums for the month of November and I have lost 30kgs*. I’m a single mummy to my almost 2 year old daughter Indiana and legal guardian of my 16 year old brother Dwayne.
I came across Lose Baby Weight in September 2014 where I had just come out of an emotionally abusive relationship with my daughter’s dad. I was constantly put down and told I was never good enough. I signed up for the 28 day challenge and lost 5 kilos in the first month. At that point I new I had found THE BEST lifestyle change for my family and myself.

From there I have followed challenges, smoothies and the free recipes from the site. I have had many ups and many downs but I never gave up. I have learnt that its ok to slip up we are only human. As long as we pick ourselves up and keep going.
I have now been following lose baby weight for 14 months and have lost 30 kilos.
I feel like a different person. Im the best version of myself and I’m fit, healthy,strong and most of all I’m active with my daughter and role modelling a healthy lifestyle.
Even my mum and step dad are following Lose Baby Weight now. Its such an amazing company that fits around everyone in your family and I tell everyone about it and recommend it to everyone I know.

Casey says: “I tried another very popular weight loss program and it didn’t work. It was full of processed sugar laden foods and I thought this can’t be right! I’m starving! I had followed LBW on Facebook but couldn’t get my head around “more food is less weight” and was too scared to try it.
In FEB I did! And thank god! Because all of a sudden everything just “clicked” and made sense!! How could I have lived my life as a big girl! Surely it can’t be this easy!! Well it is.
