Lose Baby Wight- 10kg Loss

So I have been on my weight loss journey for the 4th and final time since Feb 1 when I joined Lose Baby Weight and all the wonderful ladies here! During the past 8 weeks and including one challenge, I have managed to lose 8.8kg and 53cms overall.
I have tried and failed previously with weight loss because I was of the belief that if you wanted to lose weight, you put less in your mouth. I was literally starving myself and at one point would have one piece of toast a day and nothing else. My weight surprisingly did not shift and I started to notice my miss 3.5yo at the time was copying my eating habits. I joined Lose Baby Weight and feel like I have not stopped eating and yet the scales keep going in the right direction. The food is amazing and it shows me that nothing is off the menu, just there is better, healthier options for me and most of all my family.
This month, I’m aiming to get to my next goal of “PRE BABY WEIGHT” which is a 5kg goal for me. I hope along the way that I can motivate you ladies just as much as you all motivate me – Lets make April our best ever month!
