Immune Boosting Smoothie Recipe
- 1 x orange
- 1 x lime
- 1 x lemon
- 1 x tbsp of fresh ginger
- 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 1 x handful of spinach
- 3 x strawberries
- 150-200ml of low fat milk
