Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2tbsp Choc Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1tbsp oats
- 1tbsp cacao
- 1 can of full fat coconut cream (that has been refrigerated over night)
Method
- Take everything except the coconut cream and blend all together for an iced chocolate smoothie
- Take the refrigerated coconut cream, scoop out the thick cream part and whip in a blender/processor whip until thick and fluffy.
- Spoon 3tbsp of coconut cream on top of the smoothie iced chocolate
