healthy_eatingWhen you decide that you are ready to try and lose weight, one of the things that many mums find hard to get their head around is regular snacking.
As part of the Lose Baby Weight plans we recommend a healthy morning and afternoon snack every day.
Why’s that? Well snacking helps to get you from meal to meal without losing energy; it keeps your metabolism firing (which is needed for weight loss); and it helps to keep your mind sharp and focused.
But if you’re not sure what would make a healthy snack, we can help.
Today we have fifteen healthy 100-calorie-or-less snacks that you can pull together in no time at all.
Why not make up a load of packs and keep them in the pantry cupboard, fruit bowl or fridge so that you can grab them and go.
Where needed, zip lock bags are great for this, as are small plastic containers.
