Q. How much did you lose in total on the Lose Baby Weight Plans?
A. 12kg 🙂
A. The fast delivery- the ease of use, so quick to make delicious smoothies that you can add fruit to and is not just milk or water .Big plus that there is no weight loss accelerants or ingredients in the smoothies which we just don’t need.
A.Having my lunch time smoothie really motivated me to get out there ans be active , It was a great easy healthy lunch to have , my daughter and husband both enjoyed them as well ..
A.Yes i have kept it off , the number on the scale changes throughout the month, but as woman we know this is normal .

Q. Any tips you would like to give to other mums wanting to lose their pregnancy weight?
A Do it in your own time, don’t think you need to give birth and then rush the weight off .Use the plans as a healthy quick lunch or breakfast .But be kind to yourself as we are all different and lose weight differently x
