When I fell pregnant I gained a whopping 50kg, I was 95kg on the scales when I was in hospital.
Since then I’ve fluctuated, stayed around the 83kg-89kg except in pregnancy I’d get to 95kg again.
This time I knew my boy (after 3girls) was my last, so I got into Lose Baby Weight on Facebook & have never looked back!
I have the Healthy Mummy Smoothies twice a day (lurvvvve them) they were so good for energy whilst breast feeding, & now I find it handy on school runs, I never miss brekkie now.”

A.yes I have I’m still going on my journey, another 7kg till goal weight.
