Im a very busy mum of 3 under 3 (3yrs, 2yrs and 4 months) I’ve been on the healthy mummy smoothies  and Lose Baby Weight plans for 3 months and I’ve lost 8kg. I still have 5kg left to lose to reach my goal post pregnancy weight.

One of my friends “liked” your page on Facebook so I “liked” your page then watched the posts for a few weeks, then when I finally bought the healthy mummy smoothies and the 28 day diet and exercise plan my whole world changed.
It’s so easy to make a smoothie at the same time as making the kids breakfast and it fills me up for hours.
My 2 toddlers are even eating so many more veggies, we love the vege sticks dipped in hummus and we have a plate of fruit for afternoon tea every day.
I have so much more time and am much less stressed because dinner is planned and in the fridge ready to make
Thank you for all of your help and advice. The 28 day meal plan meals are so delicious and it’s so easy to plan my week knowing what were eating for dinner in advance.
Before I was (83kg) and after (75kg) and I’m 180cm tall – 8kg lost and 5kg to go!
