Hi Lose Baby Weight, I am 25 and had my first baby almost 4 months ago and during the pregnancy I gained 20kgs of pregnancy weight, I took on the eating for two thing a bit far. I thought I was allowed to have more calories for the growing baby but didnt realise this meant maybe add an extra banana to your day, not a banana ice cream or 10.
I lost 11kg when I had my baby girl but still had to lose another 9kg to get back to my prebaby weight.
When bubs was 6 weeks old I started to feel quite down about the way my body looked (again I thought being allowed extra calories for breastfeeding was lots of chocolate…) and everyone kept telling me you just had a baby don’t worry about it, but I knew in my head and heart I needed to do something about the extra weight now or I never would.
Two of my very close friends had started the lose baby weight plans and I was a little sceptical about it thinking it was another “fad diet” but after doing some research became very excited about what support and plans were on offer!
I have been having one or two healthy mummy smoothies daily (and really look forward to them and trying different recipes) and keeping everything else I eat low carb and high in protein.
I also was lucky enough to score a free Tracy Anderson DVD which I am in love with and is the cause for my flatter abs, thighs and bum!! 🙂
I am so excited to say that my milk supply is in abundance and in the past 10 weeks I have lost 7kg and 20cm off my body!!
