“Hi Lose Baby Weight, here is my pregnancy weight loss story. I was accepted in August to do a 12 week weight loss challenge with Who Weekly and a local PT in my area was assigned to get me fit.

Everyday of the 12 week challenge, I started my day with the same smoothie – Lose Baby Weight/Healthy Mummy Smoothie in Vanilla flavour, 1/2 punned strawberries and skim milk (I’m a creature of habit:)). Every now and then, I buy the chocolate almond treats but they go wayyyy too fast!
I have always been a ‘big’ girl (5’7 and 70kgs) but after having two kids I tipped the scales at 99kg at the beginning of the challenge.
With the encouragement of my trainer and my healthy mummy smoothies, I lost 8kg and a hell of a lot of cm.
Today I still have 25kg to go but I still start every day with my smoothie. It is amazing how much energy I have and how full I feel until morning tea.
I have Lose Baby Weight to thank for their guidance back when I started on the program and the fantastic comments from the ladies on the site.
