Lose Baby Weight- Healthy Crumble Slice



  • 125g coconut oil
  • 2 cups almond meal


  • 1cup strawberries hulled cut in half
  • 1cup rhubarb cut small chunks
  • 1 tblsp coconut sugar


  • 50g of mixture of -Rolled oats , Almonds, Sunflower seeds, Flaxseeds, Pepitas and Banana chips crushed
  • 1tsp honey melted

(Or alternatively to make it easier 50g of Red Tractor natural golden banana crunch granola)



  • Food processor almond meal and coconut oil and press in to a slice tin,i used a tin that was slightly wider than bread tin
  • Cool in fridge or freezer


  • I placed all 3 ingredients in slow cooker to make a jam consistency (i did larger portions so i had leftovers for home made jam) or
  • Place all 3 ingredients in to a saucepan stir with about 1/2 cup water and cook on low checking until jam consistency .add little bits water if needed careful doesn’t burn
  • Once cooked then spread on top of base


  • If making own mix place oats in to a small frypan on low and heat until lightly brown then take off heat.
  • Immediately add other ingredients and stir through melted honey, toss together and cool to touch and then immediately sprinkle over jam mixture
  • Let slice set in fridge or freeze after cutting into 16 pieces.
